Every day I feel both humbled and privileged to lead this extraordinary community. Our vision is simple but powerful: every child should leave Kerem not only well-educated, but also kind, confident, and ready to make their mark on the world.
We believe that education is about far more than academic achievement; it is about nurturing the whole child to flourish — intellectually, socially, spiritually, and emotionally. Jewish values and traditions are interwoven with a forward-looking, ambitious curriculum which balances academic excellence with strong character development.
Our school motto is Im Tirtzu, ein zo agadah — if you will it, it is no dream – and we work tirelessly, as a whole community, to realise that vision!

With average class sizes of 18–22, every child at Kerem is known, supported and challenged. Teachers have the time to understand how each child learns best, encouraging their aspirations and creating a calm, focused and respectful environment where pupils feel confident to contribute, take risks and achieve their full potential.
Personalised Learning, Exceptional Outcomes
Learning at Kerem is carefully tailored to each child, enabling pupils to perform well above national benchmarks from Nursery through to Year 6. Our children achieve outstanding 11+ results, securing places and scholarships at leading north London secondary schools including Haberdashers’, Immanuel, JFS, Highgate, Channing, UCS, City and South Hampstead.
Strong Characters, Shared Values
Education at Kerem is not just about results. We place equal importance on developing character and responsibility. Through our unique How to Be a Mensch programme, pupils develop the values, language and confidence to act with integrity, compassion and respect. Alongside this, our Kerem Challenge Book encourages children to complete meaningful, age-appropriate challenges, building independence, empathy and resilience from Nursery to Year 6.
Curiosity & Creativity
Our rich and varied curriculum nurtures curiosity and a love of learning. Through our STEAM lab, pupils explore science, technology, engineering, art, coding and robotics, alongside a re-energised English and Maths curriculum, outstanding Jewish Studies provision and Forest School. Our extensive programme of trips, clubs and help pupils discover their passions, develop leadership skills and build lasting friendships.
Superb Pastoral Care and SEND Support
Our superb SEND provision ensures that every child receives the right support in a structured and caring environment. We are equally proud of our pastoral care which supports personal growth while encouraging pupils to look outwards through acts of kindness and charity, to develop a strong sense of responsibility to both Jewish and wider communities.
Our school operates across two sites: Nursery and Reception classes are housed in a building with an exciting outdoor area, while the rest of the school is located on a separate site.
At Kerem, we hold the highest expectations for all our children, both academically—our pupils consistently achieve well above national expectations—and socially. We foster caring attitudes, mutual respect, self-confidence, and leadership skills, helping children to grow into creative, independent thinkers.
