Two Sites, One Community

Our Pre-Prep (Nursery and Reception) on the corner of Kingsley Way and Middleway, is a calm and protected setting created especially for our youngest pupils.

Surrounded by high hedges and its own gardens and outdoor learning areas on 3 sides, the Pre-Prep and Little Grapes Nursery provides a secure, familiar space where children quickly feel at home. Learning flows naturally between indoors and outdoors, with daily free-flow play, exploration and hands-on experiences providing a varied, stimulating and exciting learning environment for all our pupils.

As children move into Prep (Years 1–6), they transition to our main school building — a dedicated wing of Hampstead Garden Suburb Synagogue — where they benefit from facilities designed to support growing independence, curiosity and ambition.

Pupils enjoy specialist learning spaces including a STEAM lab, library and wellbeing room, as well as access to the synagogue’s main hall for full-school assemblies, performances, plays and productions. These shared spaces help pupils develop confidence, creativity and a strong sense of community.

As well as its own secure playground, the Prep site also backs directly onto Lyttelton Playing Fields, giving older pupils immediate access to excellent outdoor and sporting facilities, including playing fields, tennis courts and netball courts. Outdoor learning and physical activity remain a valued and regular part of school life as children grow.

Together, our two sites offer the best of both worlds — a warm, secure start for our youngest children, and superb facilities and opportunities for pupils to grow into as they develop into confident, capable and well-rounded learners.
